I don't think so, as the flight number is BRO712P. The 'P' generally indicates a positioning flight, so it would be coming into BHX to operate an outbound service.

DHL B752 G-BMRA departed BHX for EMA at 02.20 DK06. According to FR24 this was Cologne to EMA so presumably a diversion for some reason. EMA appears to be operating normally?.

So possibly the wind of 9kt 040 degrees prevented a R27 approach and the cloud base was below limits for a visual approach to R09? ---
