So far as I can see currently just the one National 747 due today arriving around 1120 according both FR24 and the bhxmovementsblog, also in today regarding the bigger stuff includes Redwing and Emirates 777s plus PIA A332 operated by Jordan Aviation.

If we were were to get three scheduled 747s in one day that must be a first although in the dim and distant past there were more than that on the diversion days

I'm fairly certain there have been more than 3 B747's on the ground at BHX due to diversions, but I can't remember the details.
Here's one of my photos showing 3 BA B747's present -

There is also a photo (taken from the air) of 2 BA B747's and 2 Virgin B747's parked on the old international pier. I can't find a link to it online and although I have a copy, I feel wrong about posting it without being able to credit the copyright holder.

Oh go on Kev, be a devil. As long as you say Credit to the photo taker, you have covered yourself, lol. Isn't that right JennyJet, ha

I'm sure we've had Buzz flights operated by MAX aircraft, but this might be the first in Ryanair livery

Definitely had Buzz from Krakow, but none on scheduled flights in Ryanair livery...until today. Also today was the aircraft's first day of service. Was delivered last week, not yesterday...my bad

N756CA National 747 from Bishkek seems to be following a similar route to previous 747s from Bishkek this week, can’t find any info on it, anyone know if it’s currently inbound to BHX?

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
