Jet2 seem to be bringing in B752 G-LSAK to operate LS1265 to TFS tomorrow in leiu of G-SUNB A321 stuck in Faro.

Jet2 seem to be bringing in B752 G-LSAK to operate LS1265 to TFS tomorrow in leiu of G-SUNB A321 stuck in Faro.

Looks like it's positioning MAN - FAO (EXS042A), then operating LS1266 FAO - BHX (rescuing stranded pax). It then operates the BHX - FAO - BHX services tomorrow.

According to Ian's bhxmovementsblog Air Atlanta 744 TF-WFF due in from DWC at 19:30 departure to Hann at 21:30. Currently just off the coast of Muscat having originated from Hong Kong as previous flights.

Anyone know how long these flights are due to last or optimistically are they permanent?

I was beginning to wonder if they had finished already. There was a quote on Airport Action a while back, that they would be twice weekly for an undisclosed time period. They certainly haven't been twice weekly, but great to see another one on it's way.

The usual VS104 ATL-LHR 17:30-06:20 doesnt operate.

I'm sure it was being discussed recently if an A350-1000 can use BHX's taxiways. If this flight occurs, it seems we have an answer.

If it was for fuel, virgin would use a gateway it already flies to

Therefore Manchester but parking for A350 is a problem in mornings for A350s especially A350X

It's not a fuel issue. For whatever reason, it will be at BHX. Elmdon side or main terminal, I'm sure there'll be a few peeps there to welcome it
