My monthly analysis will be available in the next 24 hours (or less) but, in the meantime my analysis of monthly figures for January between 2019 to 2025 can be found at:

Unfortunately a gremlin crept into my report from last night. New data is given below:

I know these are official CAA figures, but a 20% drop is a large amount, are they correct?

Many thanks @Seasider for querying the passenger figures and, as you know, I have been known on occasions to make mistakes. On checking the CAA data for February 2024 and rechecking the 2025 records I feel that the figures are correct.
As I have said a number of times, there is always a small difference between the figures shown in Table 9 (Terminal and Transit Passengers) and those obtained when I try to breakdown the figures from Tables 12.1 (International Air Passenger Traffic) and Tables 12.2 (Domestic Air Passenger Traffic) and 12.3 (Domestic Passenger Route Analysis).
At the moment I am just producing my report for Newquay and and have found a frustrating conundrum. Table 12.2 show Aberdeen passengers as 1,176 but, in comparison, Table 12.3 shows 219!! Hopefully, if I haven't pestered them too many times, I might receive a response to an email I'm sending to the CAA today.
Fingers crossed😕

March statistics from the CAA have enabled me to produce my usual analysis.

April statistics from the CAA have enabled me to produce my usual analysis.

My comparison of all UK airports - Passenger. Movements and Freight - can be found here:

It's actually post #53, but the system shows it as above!!

Once again it's time to produce reports from the CAA data for July. I've also added a report to show the comparative figures for July since 2019.

With the CAA data now being available, here is my take on the latest monthly statistics. Please remember that, for an unknown reason, there is always a difference between the total passenger figure in Table 9 and the separate figures from Tables 12.1, 12.2 and 12.3.

Heads Up!

For some weird reason, my days off work tend to involve being out of my flat by 5am and not getting back until 10pm. Back to work and the regular "fix" of 7.40am to 7.15pm hours

Some explosive weather build-ups currently in the North of England. What is it like where you are?

I don't believe I am quite covering enough roles at work. Its now 4 on a bad day, 5 on a good day and there is scope for a 6th and 7th role. Still on minimum pay but had the biggest payrise in the company,
