Update:
Ryanair FR1964 took off approx 1210hrs to Eindhoven.
Rotated, just after r/w 16/34 intersection, meaning it took just over half of available TORA.

If hard to find video on link I supplied above, click on 'Flights', then scroll down to 'North Runway Inaugural Flight'.

Thanks @Pudding Is the new runway aimed mainly at reducing delays or is it primarily to allow for future growth?

Aviator, I'm not an EIDW expert, but these people are!:

Just noticed, the inaugural flight video has been updated today 25th.
Rather than provide a duff link, best to go to:
youtube.com
enter: 'dublin inaugural flight' in search field. The revised video is 3min35sec.
It also has audio featuring the veteran pilot of Flight FR1964 make a moving speech.

The link was working when I posted it.

It looks like because it might have been a live stream, the video was removed and re-uploaded by the uploader, which is out of our control. I have found the newer video uploads and updated the post 🙂

For some weird reason, my days off work tend to involve being out of my flat by 5am and not getting back until 10pm. Back to work and the regular "fix" of 7.40am to 7.15pm hours
