Dublin Airport’s new runway opens

Dublin Airports 3100m northern runway opens today with just one sheduled take off this morning, and a a gradual ramping up of use over the next few weeks.

Update:
Ryanair FR1964 took off approx 1210hrs to Eindhoven.
Rotated, just after r/w 16/34 intersection, meaning it took just over half of available TORA.

On second day of operation, r/w 28L is being used for landings, r/w28R, (new northern runway), for take-offs.

It looks like because it might have been a live stream, the video was removed and re-uploaded by the uploader, which is out of our control. I have found the newer video uploads and updated the post 🙂
