Just for a couple of months, I wonder if this is just for mini breaks. Liverpool has quite a lot of traffic from Scandinavian countries for football visits, but this seems a bit far in advance for that.
It'll be as part of their city break schedule. Also I wonder if there's a link up for cruises as well?

Oh yes, didn't think of that, but those schedules are known a long way ahead
True cruises do have a long lead up time. There is a Fjord tour included for 2025 departures.
Looking at Jet2 holiday site and there only seems to be 1 date for Liverpool. 16/4/26.

Don't think it's tied into any cruises tbf. I've seen a few BGO flights on flight radar that are not scheduled so would assume those are charters and for cruises.

Looking at their website it just seems they're one of flights.

ok. And TBH , you can get on a cruise in Liverpool and go to the Norwegian Fjords direct quite easily.
Its probably just a taster. If it sells well than who knows they might expand it. Yep plenty of direct from UK options.

That's exactly what it'll be if it's only one flight.

See how the LPL market takes to it and then put a few more on as a series. Bit like how they started with the Reykjavik flights.

Like how they do at Christmas when they do a lot German destinations also.

Seems as if Tivat may be on the way.

Planned new connections from Podgorica and Tivat include flights to Marseille by Volotea, Amsterdam by Transavia, Basel by easyJet, Antalya by SunExpress, Glasgow and Liverpool by Jet2.com and Hamburg, Hanover and Dusseldorf by Eurowings. Airports of Montenegro is hopeful of securing the new routes for the 2026 summer season.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
