It is related to the owner of Lindsey oil refinery going bust on Sunday night.Correct and its Not LBA Fault.
The problem I understand lies with fuel deliveries by road/ tanking company.

Apparently the refinery also supplies Heathrow. The Government has announced an investigation into the conduct of the directors regarding the insolvency. The Guardian is reporting that the husband and wife owners (who had no previous experience in the oil refinery industry) have paid themselves £11.5M in pay and dividends since they bought the business from Total in 2021.It is related to the owner of Lindsey oil refinery going bust on Sunday night.
