Titan Airways latest edition to the fleet E190 G-POWX looks to be making a training visit into LBA tomorrow afternoon. Arrives from Prestwick 13:40 and departs back to Stansted 14:05

Albastar are also in on the return charter flight from Tarbes 17:10 and departs empty to Palma 18:45 EC-MLK

Someone finally on my sort of thinking wavelength. My actual thought being is it coincidence that Titan have now an E190 in their fleet when KLCH are desperate for help with their UK schedule. Probably ideal to be NWI based if so with Titan being Stansted based. Could help free up some slack for T3. Or is this then even a lease to T3? Could all be 2+2 making 5 but does also seem a bit coincidental

I just find the whole thing a little bizarre, granted T3 could use all the help they can get, if that’s what this E190 is for.

The strange thing for me is that ZT have just streamlined their fleet going all Airbus… and then randomly acquired a single E Jet🤔 Erm, a seemingly left field move. Though I’m sure they know what they are doing, they’ve been around a long time.

Oh, and FR24 has LS A21N G-SUNO arriving from REU on LS298, then positioning out to Manchester in the early hours, another strange move

Have they swapped a B738 for an A21N in LTN then on the W?
They may have done, as NO is operating to REU from LTN, oddly though, it’s not a LTN based frame, and has just positioned down from MAN, where it’s returning after operating in to LBA, all seems needlessly complex to me, not just a simple W pattern

Maybe a LTN frame has gone tech?

Like Len Fish pointed out, its a perfect football charter size AC to have knocking about, either Eastern's tided up or tech most of the time, its a lucrative market to tap into.

Also with Aurginy, Blue Islands, Logan air all experiencing ATR issues, the could be eyeing up expensive last minute subs for them.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.

Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
