What I’ve seen on Social Media this morning, with the exception of two comments it’s pretty clear the general feeling is of support for LBA

As we move into the “heavy lifting” phase of our terminal regeneration at Leeds Bradford Airport there’s plenty to look forward to in 2026.

The year ahead will see delivery of a new security hall, new World Duty Free - WDF and Starbucks units together with a new Monty’s Diner, as we continue to reshape the passenger experience ahead of completion in 2027.

Franchises should still show consistency so it will be interesting to see how LBA does compare to LPL

Isn’t it just an SSP operation, with Monty’s Diner name just to give a sense of a brand. SSP are worldwide operators so should deliver to a service level agreed with LBA, but as with most UK airport hospitality it will be minimal wage for staff. Food on the menu will be churn it out quick and cheap - which may suit some passengers going through LBA.

Well I will reserve judgement until I've used it and for the benefit of this thread the:
