Gatwick will be the 14th base
6 A321 NEO’s.
Looks like those “all A321NEO” bases in Scotland will be pushed back until later on in the decade.

Sshh, don't say that! DSA fans think they're going there. Don't want to disappoint them.Suspect that will be it for quite a while for Jet2!
Na, that remains LBAs exclusive pleasure. Will it be all 737-300 base ?

I wish…..get rid once and for all…they have already paid for themselves but not doing LBA passengers any favours. So unreliable but the old 800s seem pretty good. Will it be all 737-300 base ?

On our way to Faro, we boarded an old 737 classic this afternoon (FL). 5 mins before takeoff, the captain informed us of an electrical fault and said we all had to disembark and board another aircraft, we are currently sat on (FG), waiting for everyone to board… nightmare. We walked from gate 2 to gate 11 so time for a swift one.
Never again will I book a flight on one of these old piles of s***e.
And the NEOs, I think because people on these internet forums are aware of the aircraft’s age there’s perhaps a little confirmation bias at play. In the case of most passengers who probably have no aviation interest/knowledge I doubt they’d know the difference.I fully boarded an 800 last week and then had to kick everyone back into the terminal and swap to a spare one parked on the next stand. It happens to the 800s too!
GDFO was in maintenance for an engine change, so hopefully that’s the last of its recent woes!

Surprised it didn't go to Jerez.LS251 (GDFO) LBA-FAO was diverted to SVQ this morning, probably the rain, most of the others seemed to have got in.
It's going to be a long old day for the returning passengers as its not due to leave SVQ until 14:20 then it's going to FAO to pick up the passengers then it's going back to LBA…
