Turkish Airlines to run up to 21 weekly flights (3 daily) on Manchester-Istanbul from 10th December until 10th January. New TK4913/4914 flight with A321. A321 and A330 used on the other 2 daily flights.

Turkish Airlines will run 3 daily Istanbul-Manchester flights from 1st July, with the new flight operating as TK1991/1992 arriving 1215 and departing 1315 using an A321. Confirmed and bookable.

this will make Turkish Airlines 5 daily at Manchester during the summer (35 weekly) with 3 daily Istanbul, daily Dalaman and daily Antalya.

Unfortunately it looks like Turkish may have reduced their flights to DLM and AYT. In peak summer it looks like 3 per week to DLM and 4 per week to AYT.

The reduced schedule is in the shoulder periods which was always planned. Daily still bookable June-Sept on all platforms

Turkish to add a FOURTH daily IST-MAN frequency from April, nightstopping service. Initially 4 weekly but with a view to get this to full 28 weekly soon:

Could this be the ice-breaker for the MEB3+1, who seem to be content with 3 daily for QR and EK and just the one for EY? The second daily for EY has been mentioned recently.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
