Hi all, first time posting here. Keen to get a view on Qatar's aircraft schedule for this summer.

I am due to fly on QR28 Mid-June 2022- unfortunately the current Schedule is down as 3 x 788 daily. I have flown the route before on their A350s with is an excellent product. However due to their dispute with Airbus that looks unlikely to return anytime soon! :(

I have seen in the ACL Summer Schedule that Qatar has a change to 3 x 77W daily.

Is it likely that Qatar's Schedule will eventually update to that of the ACL report (77W) or is it likely to still remain as 788.

Thanks,
Chris

Hi Chris and welcome to F4A. I know that originally QR were looking at bringing the A380 in on one of the flights but this was subsequently cancelled. The latest information that I have is as shown in the ACL report however I'm hopefully the @Landudno might see this post and let us have the benefit of his wisdom.

Sorry to catch up with this.

the current QR cargo schedule shows MAN will be 18 weekly this summer, using the B777 on the morning and afternoon flight, and the B787 on the evening flight.

However information shown from a trusted source shows QR may be going 22 weekly from June, with 4 daily on Mon/Thu/Sat thanks to a new 4 weekly QR25/26 flight. More details to be given soon.

Qatar OPS MAN
Qatar Airways to use the A350-1000 on the QR27/28 Doha-Manchester flight this winter, starting 29th Oct.

The aircraft will feature the new high density configuration of J24/Y371 versus the current J46/Y281.
Morning will be daily B77W, midday is daily A351 and evening will be 5 weekly B788.
Many thanks

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
