CAA Provisional Statistics Update

May passenger numbers out with 110,944 passengers, up 12% from 98,765.
Continuing to put passenger numbers over 1m for the rolling year from Jun 25 - May 26.

May scheduled routes LF's below.
Some good improvements through the year so far, with sun routes in the high 80%.
Dublin isn't great, neither is Toronto, but it is the first few weeks.

CARDIFF AIRPORT TERMINAL PASSENGER DATA: MAY 2026
• Total Monthly PAX May 2026: 110,682 (up 11,919 (+12.1%) YoY)
• Total YtD PAX January to May 2026: 341,584 (up 55,373 (+19.3%) YoY)
• Total RoY PAX June 2025 to May 2026: 1,009,054 (up 120,033 (+13.5%) YoY)

• Total Monthly PAX June 2026: 135,980 (up 19,595 (+16.8%) YoY)
• Total YtD PAX January to June 2026: 477,564 (up 74,968 (+18.6%) YoY)
• Total RoY PAX July 2025 to June 2026: 1,028,649 (up 135,169 (+15.1%) YoY)

Rolling year is about 1.033m
June scheduled routes LF's below.
I've also accounted for TUI FAO due to the poor numbers appearing over recent weeks at 88.1% LF
Dublin still disappointing but unsurprising. Toronto picking up.
Amsterdam doing well, up 8%, in comparison to Teeside (7398 - down 16%) and Southampton (8754 - down 19%)

For some weird reason, my days off work tend to involve being out of my flat by 5am and not getting back until 10pm. Back to work and the regular "fix" of 7.40am to 7.15pm hours

I don't believe I am quite covering enough roles at work. Its now 4 on a bad day, 5 on a good day and there is scope for a 6th and 7th role. Still on minimum pay but had the biggest payrise in the company,
