The flight has been delayed by about 2 hours as reported on tv this morning.

A special visitor today arriving from Farnborough was a Royal Australian Air Force 737 700 BBJ which brought the Australian Prime Minister to watch Wales beat Australia in the rugby! It has since departed to Paris Le Bourget where no doubt he'll join in the Centenary commemorations of the ending of World War 1 tomorrow.

Looks like Jet2 will be taking the Wales football team to Albania on Monday. Could be a 737 300 that operates it.View attachment 11320

Jet2 737-800 (G-JZBM) positioning in at Midday from BHX as EXS054C, presumably to operate out to Tirana later with the Welsh Football Team.

Gulfstream landed from Biggin Hill, assuming it was carrying Lord Sugar to an event in the Motorpoint Arena.

I believe this flight is for the Scarlets rugby team who are playing in Glasgow on the 1st December.
Blue Islands to Glasgow departing at 13.00 on 30/11/18.

Looks like Jet2 will be operating a charter from Belfast on the 6th December at 15.45 bringing in Ulster rugby for their Champions Cup game with the Scarlets.

Wales 2020
The draw has been made for Wales group for the Euro 2020 qualifiers.
It's an Eastern European affair with Wales having to face Croatia, Slovakia, Hungary and Azerbaijan.
Airlines wise we could see some interesting charters Croatian airlines for Croatia could be a possibility but the best possibility would be Azerbaijan Airlines who have been known to use their 787 8 for the national team! So fingers crossed for that!

I see Blue airlines taking the welsh rugby team to France today (wed)
Is there much uptake for supporters run flights this year.

Not any charter flights that I've seen. Just some extra Flybe flights.

Heads Up!

For some weird reason, my days off work tend to involve being out of my flat by 5am and not getting back until 10pm. Back to work and the regular "fix" of 7.40am to 7.15pm hours

Some explosive weather build-ups currently in the North of England. What is it like where you are?
