Ps when I saw this thread pop up I was hoping it was a 737-700 announcement. Oh well!

One for the nostalgia thread there. Air Anglia F28s were a real treat. Usually only early morning and late night on Paris
I loved it when the F28's started operations, as you say PH-MOL was the first F28 Air Anglia used. It made a change from the F27's, although we did handle the Britannia 737's at the time. I presume A300 Boy will have done the 'line checks' when these staged through Leeds. I remember one night a passenger disembarked at Leeds instead of Edinburgh in error, always a risk with multi sector flights.
Just tried a few dummy dates for next summer and the 10.05 flight out of Leeds is showing a 737-700 on all the dates I looked at. Other two services are the 175. This is good and positive news for the airport, we need some right now, if KLM are to introduce the 737. Hopefully if we can fill the aircraft may lead to a full 737 service in the future as aircraft become available.Look what I just found when making a booking:View attachment 14970
