For those with an interest I am pleased to be able to give a link to the full ACL report for the MAN W21 Initial Coordination report.

Have fun playing around - there is so much data in it.

ACL W21 Review

The annual report by Airport Coordination Ltd (ACL) for the coming Winter has now been released.

Due to the uncertainty in the W21 schedule and also the comparison with W20 being misleading, ACL have not produced their normal “New requests and significant changes” report.

Looking at the data available it would appear that the following routes will either not be operating, or will only operate for a very limited period during the winter:
Hong Kong, Houston, Mumbai, Cork, Goa, St Lucia, Delhi, Puerto Vallarta, Phuket, New York (Newark), Chongquing, Enfidha, Sumburgh, Keffallinia, Split

The following are the potential new destinations to be served:
London (Gatwick), Oslo (Torp), Vienna, Londonderry, Venice, Bodrum, Bordeaux, Cascassone, Limoges, Lviv, Knock, Nantes, Suceava, Santander, Bilbao, Kuanas, Aqaba, Bucharest, Kuwait, St Petersburg, Zagreb

New Carriers (compared with W20)
Air Baltic, Austrian, Biman Bangladesh, Freebird, Icelandair, Jazeera, Norwegian Shuttle, Pakistan International, Saudia, Singapore Airlines, Sun Express

Carriers lost (compared with W20)
Cathay Pacific, Hi Fly Malta, RAF-Avia

One new route that appears to have been overlooked is Ryanair UK Manchester-Lviv (RK8500) which commenced on Friday 5th November and operates twice-weekly (Friday and Sunday).

Flyr are also planning to enter the UK market with Manchester being included (along with Edinburgh and London Gatwick)

It is thought they will operate Oslo to Manchester at 2 weekly flights. But the plans have not been confirmed yet.

SPD travels and SeanM1997.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
