I thought so too but it happened o

I wonder if DWC is just a tech stop? Being Icelandic registered, it's likely avoiding Russian airspace and HKG to DWC looks to be a 9 hour flight. A further 7+ hours to BHX, would put a non-stop flight in the region of 18 hours. May be pushing it for a B747-400, especially if heavily loaded with freight.
Looking at current BA and CX non stop flights from HKG to LHR , the flight times , even avoiding Russian airspace is in the region of 14 hrs . I cant imagine flight times to BHX would be much different . That would place a non stop B 747- 400 F from HKG to BHX well within its range capabilities .

KLM E75L PH-EXU diverted in this morning from Amsterdam on the Cardiff service and then positioned out straight back to Amsterdam.

EasyJet started its Saturday Salzburg service today.

I wonder if later this year we will get any additional movements for the Kabaddi World Cup being hosted here in the West Midlands with Wolverhampton getting the Final and Knockouts or will it be the usual Carriers not to sure on how popular it is. If it will bring any additional traffic. 2025 it is hosted I had heard this year but the BBC rarely make Mistakes compared to local media.

That is quite correct Scannia 1800 PH-XRY and HZL are both working for KLM and tend to do the same routes each day, XRY goes to Copenhagen, MAN and Rome and HZL seems spend a lot of time at Dublin but does visit other places
