I wish Easyjet would experiment with a few new routes, I hear they are moving some STN routes to LTN due to tensions with MAG etc and they are not expanding much at MAN! Be great to see some more routes

It is a great shame in my opinion that Easy haven't added more routes from LBA as I'm sure that they would do well if they chose those routes wisely. I've been a fan of theirs ever since they started at Luton when I was living in Bedfordshire. I used them again last year (from Gatwick) to fly to Vienna and Budapest and even though the flights were excellent tramping down to Gatwick isn't my idea of fun which will preclude me from availing myself of their services again - unless they come over this side of the Pennines of course. Budapest with Jet2 next month.

Great city which is well worth a visit or two by the way. I hope Jet2 do well with it and don't drop the route again.

Stopped flying with Easyjet as their Speedy boarding became a farce, now they have seat allocation would give them another go, especially if they put summer flights on to Geneva, this year again going to this destination via LHR.

I am also travelling to GVA but am using Easyjet from other airports. The allocated seating has made the whole process far better but I would not pay to use speedy boarding. Then again, I have no reason to. I have used numerous airlines over the past year, including BA, and it has to be said, easyJet have been the best. I would have liked their service to GVA to last throughout summer.

Looks like easy start the seasonal GVA ski flights again tomorrow Friday 12;

Today's flight is operated by A320 G-EZUZ. Is this the first time the 320 has been used? I hope its because of good loads!

Easyjet yesterday released winter 2015/2016 flights for sale yesterday.

Bad news is that it looks like the airlines Leeds/Bradford - Geneva route is been reduced from 5x weekly to 4 weekly service operating Monday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday only with the Thursday rotation been axed.

Flights commence operation as from Saturday December 12th 2015 and are currently on sale until February 28th. As normal with easyjet.com, the spring 2016 schedule for flights in March and April will be released at a later date.

Fridays
EZY7346 = GEV: 10:25 > LBA: 11:25 / EZY7345 = LBA: 12:00 > GEV: 14:50
Saturdays
EZY7346 = GEV: 13:25 > LBA: 14:25 / EZY7345 = LBA: 15:05 > GEV: 17:55
Sundays
EZY7346 = GEV: 11:00 > LBA: 12:00 / EZY7345 = LBA: 12:35 > GEV: 15:25
Mondays
EZY7346 = GEV: 10:25 > LBA: 11:25 / EZY7345 = LBA: 12:00 > GEV: 14:50

Went from LBA to Geneva with Easyjet last Thursday and it was only about two thirds full. They were still selling cheap seats on the flight 3 days before (£34.99). Came back on Sunday 22nd with Easyjet and that flight was almost full. Found the in-flight service coming back not up to scratch due not having any sandwiches left and many pax never got offered any refreshments due to slow service and the cabin service being closed due to coming in to land.

Good news Easyjet's winter 2015/16 schedule has now been fully released for sale and it’s Leeds/Bradford - Geneva ski service will operate up to 4x times weekly as follows as from December 12th 2015 until April 16th 2016.

Fridays
EZY7346 = GEV: 10:25 > LBA: 11:25 / EZY7345 = LBA: 12:00 > GEV: 14:50 = Dec 18th & Jan 1st – Mar 21st

Hi

Noticed on another forum about Easyjet from LBA to Belfast, has anyone else heard this rumour?

Not heard the rumour but it would be welcomed especially with all the previous promises of new bases coming from Flybe. EasyJet is about the only other airline that could make a success of domestic travel.

I just hope that we see some nice new A320's on the Geneva flights this winter.

Heard on the dried fruity forum and airlines.net that easyJet are planning on setting up a base in PMI. Could this be a new route for them. A route that from the airport is one of the busiest and probably a cash cow for all airlines. Just a thought, and certainly something I hope the airport encourages!

27 flights per week and counting ;)

GVA flights are back this winter(16/17) on Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon for the skiing season. Only bookable to the end of January at the moment.

Is that a better offering than what we have had this Winter..? Or Indeed previous Winters?

I know a lot of people who enjoy using this route especially with easyJet!

I don't think it is? It usually ends at the very end of the winter season for starters but I don't know if that's just how easyjet release their flights.

They have operated up to 5 flights a week in previous winters but some weeks had only 3. I believe that this winter they operated 4 flights all the time. It will need some A320 flights(Bigman will be pleased) to offer any expansion.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
