I believe that they are using other airports as well to ferry sales reps to see the new model they have just brought out. I believe it positioned to Edinburgh the other night probably to fly the scottish reps out there.

Tonight Jet2 have operated the annual Northern Lights charter. The flight is due back at 00:41 tomorrow morning.

Registration number of aircraft? Where to find?

Hello everyone,

Can anybody tell me where I can find the registration number of the aircraft who flew flight DL3324 or DAL3324 or FLG3324 (same flights but other code) at the 15th of November 2012 between Dallas [DFW] and New York [JFK]?

Thanks in advance,
NonFrequentFlyer

Oh there are 2 rather good Spanish surprises coming into LBA at the back end off this month, both aircraft are night stopping and will be on the deck at the same time. I promise to post more details soon.

Also whilst on the subject of ad hoc charters. I hear that Jet2 have lost some of the Transun Travel ad-hoc charter work from LBA to Lapland this winter to another airline which uses Boeing 737-400's...

B737-300 G-CELB just landing from CDG as the EXS 4031 is this a normal flight ?

Now it was a special charter flight operated by Jet2 with Capital FM. Understand it was to do with speed dating. (quote "The Jet2love plane"). The trip was been covered on Twitter @LoveJet2

Later this month we will see 2x CRJ900’s belonging to Air Nostrum (Iberia regional) operating charter flights into Leeds/Bradford from France with both aircraft night stopping.
I honestly don’t know what there for, so dose anyone else have any idea why the frogies are coming to Yorkshire?

Meanwhile Polish Airline, Enter Air will operate the following charter flights for Transun Travel this winter to/from Leeds-Bradford using Boeing 737-400 aircraft instead of chartering Jet2's aircraft. So another new airline to LBA this winter.

Possibly xmas market/shopping flights from the French twin city and capital? Just guessing though.

Your best bet is the playback facility on the FlightRadar24 website. You need to home in on Dallas and I would suggest you start the playback about 10 minutes before the time you took off. Make sure you get your time settings right as it is usually set to GMT, so you will need adjust your chosen time accordingly (6 or 7 hours difference I believe).

This is slightly off topic seen as its not LBA related. But NonFrequentFlyer I've just checked this site http://uk.flightaware.com for that routeing between Dallas and JFK

Its shows that the flight on the Monday 12th was operated by Delta's regional airline Pinnacle, which used a Canadair Regional Jet CRJ-900 see following link for further details http://uk.flightaware.com/live/flight/F ... /KDFW/KJFK

So it might not show up on the flightradar site Bigman!

Good point lbaspotter. I didn't occur to me that such an important route as Dallas to New York would be operated by something as small as a CRJ900.

NonFrequentFlyer posted the same question on the Aviation Enthusiasts thread which I replied to on Sunday. The flight in question doesn't show up on FR24 but Flight Stats shows that it did operate on the day in question in, as mentioned by lbaspotter and Bigman, on a CRJ900. No clue as to which equipment used though.

Question for you NonFrequentFlyer. What is your interest in this flight and did you follow up as I suggested on the other thread?

The next Adria A319 flight to Marrakech for Land Rover is due to operate tomorrow (Thursday). The aircraft is due in to LBA from Farnborough as the JP586 at 2235 this evening, and out to Marrakech as the JP584 at 0835 tomorrow.

As an aside does anyone know if the livery of Adria is the same as it was in the past when they operated to LBA for Yugotours or has it changed? Hope someone can capture a pic of one of these flights and post it as it would be nice to see one on the ground at LBA after so long, but sadly work commitments make that impossible.

Me also so I wont be able to get a picture. I'm more hopeful for the British Airways launch on the 9th of December but I'm guessing that all and sundry will manage to get photos of that one. Can anybody confirm the times of the first BA flight?

It's already in operation but some winter flights start later than others such as the Ski flights.

This is the livery of the Adria Airways, Airbus A319's that they are using to operate the contract charters for Land Rover to Marrakesh from several UK airports this month.

Can Anyone tell me when all the winter timetables will come in?

Thanks

Lewis :)

Hi Lewis
The Winter Scheduled 2012/2013 is now in operation. You can view the free version of the timetable that I produce every 6 months for LBA here: http://www.lbaspotters.net/winter201213timetable.htm

Please feel free to print it, and use it if for personnel use only. Hope that's of help?

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
