This list just proves Heathrow is the worlds premier airport.

Used BA for the first time to today flying from Madrid to Heathrow and generally had a good flight. I'll go into more detail on my trip report but they didn't seem as bad as a lot of people make out. Might in the future look to fly with them on a long haul route to see what that's like.
Also had a very quick experience with immigration at Terminal 5!

Many thanks for another great video, Jerry. I enjoyed watching it.

Nice video and glad you enjoyed it. Good to see you got a 767 flight in before they go. Managed to squeeze one in myself to ARN at the end of October.

If anyone want's a flight on a BA 767 before they go, to end of Oct the 767 is on MAD/AMS/ARN/FRA/EDI/ FCO/LCA/ATH. During the last week of Oct the remaining 767 routes are dropped apart from LCA. From 6 Nov onwards it is just LCA, and the last 767 flights in the system is the LCA rotation on Sun 25 Nov

Thanks! Yeah my original idea was for the Iberia A340 but that was too late but the 767 was at a good time so worked out well! It's a shame they aren't replacing them with 787s or 777s as it's really unique to fly a wide body like that on a short route. Also i found that BA as an airline seem to be pretty good as well no worse than others I've flown.

Some flights from LHR to Madrid have been operated by 787 & 777 this year. Next week the 13:20 departure from LHR and 18:15 departure from Madrid are being operated by a 777.

I didn't realise that! Hopefully they'll continue that!

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
