interesting to see that one of the BA 777s departed as "BA1403" though it didn't use the shuttle callsign. I wonder if actually did have MAN-LHR passengers or wouldn't they allow a mix of passengers from the diverted flight plus "new" passengers. to be on board.
 
Interesting point David. My logs, taken from FR24 show BA1403 as being operated by G-STBN with an STD of 17:05, however it also shows as Canceled.
The aircraft then appears again with an actual departure at 19:43 but with no flight number. Looking on Flightaware this flight operated as BAW35BH.
Life in the aviation world is never boring.

NB: apparently flight BA1403 uses call sign BAW35BH.

The restart of flights to Toulouse started today with Ryanair.
Would appreciate if anyone has the loads for these flights out of curiosity?
I will be travelling on these flights quite regularly over the next few months, hopefully it will be a success and can be extended into the winter schedules too 🤞

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.

Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.

15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
