Do the 'normal' Turkmenistan aircraft (i.e. B737, B757, B777) get stands with jet bridges?

I ask because whenever I've seen an A330 at BHX it's always on a remote stand.

Do they just happen to arrive at times when the Emirates, Qatar, Air India, PIA and TUI 787's are in and occupying the wide body stands?

I’ve seen Turkmenistan 737, 757 and 777 all using airbridges. Perhaps ‘chartered in’ aircraft don’t to help keep costs down?

Earlier this week I drove along the A45 and saw the Wamos A330 parked remotely, on my return journey it had been towed to stand and hooked up to an air bridge.

Love this shot.

Where did you take these from please, I don't know Birmingham at all, but might be a nice alternative to Manchester with the degredation of viewing facilities there.
Hi Tim,they were taken from car park 5.There is an official viewing area next to the fence by the runway 33 end with a small shelter and tables which is fine when landing on 33.I stood further back on the car park which is a bit higher up and gives good side on shots for 15 departures in the morning. The MSCP on the Elmdon side is better in the afternoon as the sun moves round but the top floor is closed now so the view is not as good from lower floors.Regards,Simon.

Great photos Ray!
I especially like the close up of the Wamos A330.
Has anyone else noticed the differences on the two Ryanair 737's? The logos on the tail and nose are at very different angles and the wording 'RYANAIR' is located one window further back on the second photo.

Kevin
Those Airfix stickers are always difficult to get straight.

Great snaps Ray. Thanks for posting.

Wow a powerful picture for marketing - we have plenty of room for you! It doesn't fit though with the 'no room at the terminal' stories.

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
