Leeds city centre is some 500 feet or more below airfield elevation at LBA! Where I live which is halfway down the hilltop that Leeds Bradford Airport is sat on it was foggy until around 10am, a short drive up the street and it was clear.

The city centre lies in a narrow section of the Aire Valley at about 206 feet (63 m) above sea level while the district ranges from 1,115 feet (340 m) in the far west on the slopes of Ilkley Moor to about 33 feet (10 m) where the rivers Aire and Wharfe cross the eastern boundary Wikipedia Leeds

OK was watching it on the radar gizmo thing. flight info bit said it was Girona to Manchester ?

It may have been FR24 playing up which it does from time to time. Girona only operates from the end of March until the end of October.
