Don't think it's been mentioned but Alpha is closed and undergoing repairs similar to last winter. Approx 9 concrete sections being replaced

Considering it was only reopened yesterday and is already closed again, 'farce' is definitely the word I'd use.

I don't know why Alpha is closed again. Hopefully nothing that can't be quickly overcome.

It was closed for the lines to be re painted and the paint to dry.

The stand-taxiway boundary markings between stands 9-18 are being moved this week. This will extend the stands by 5-10m and make taxiway Alpha narrower. I suspect this is to reconfigure the apron road later when the terminal extension is operational.
