A new stadium for BCFC? Maybe not. It would mean reducing the capacity of the current Alexander Stadium. This could be the moment that Birmingham get's recognised as a major city player, and who knows what legacy could come from it.

It was all going so well and then you had to mention Jasper Carrot![]()
Fantastic news about the Commonwealth Games, a massive well done to all concerned. I see even the BBC reported it in a positive light which must have stung a bit
I'm not sure if it is just me but does anyone else think that Birmingham's upward trajectory has gotten ever so steeper since the appointment of Mayor Street?
maybe he could be half our mayor and half BHX Chief Executive ?
I have not seen it mentioned as yet, and frankly i don't know what legal or other factors might need to be considered, but i am sure a 'Brum Games 2022' lottery here in the Midlands would have the ability to raise £'s millions between now and the games' start.
Closely followed by pig.The pie was probably thrown from a bar on Broad St if they have got that far by 2022Perhaps a tram extension to the airport by 2022? (just watching a pie fly through the sky).
