The based aircraft does nothing on Saturdays I was hoping for a little niche charter flight maybe Corsica/Sardinia but it may be a little late for Summer 2017 now.

According to seat maps BMI Regional will be temporarily using an E145 on the mid-morning flight for Brussels Airlines (SN2037/8) in June and July with codeshares.

Along with cake of the week we also got Arch of Triumph :)

I can only assume they put double daily on because they couldn't move the required number of people with the JLR contract .... I imagine the flights with be full on both flights BHX-GRZ on Mondays and equally full on GRZ-BHX Thursday and Friday ....however, I imagine you could pick up an amazing deal for a weekend break in the other direct ...BHX-GRZ OF Thursday/Friday I suspect will be a lot quieter, as will GRZ-BHX on the Monday flights!

Are their no Austrian based personnel doing the journey in reverse?

a nice little operation BMIR are starting to build. Lets hope they are able to grow in supporting other niche/thin routes in the future, the likes of Derry and Hamburg being prime examples I would have thought....

I don't know if this has been picked up by anyone else but looking at the timetable today it would appear that the BHX-NUE route has had its capacity cut over the summer. It was always advertised as 6x weekly (similar to GOT) but it would appear that at the moment the timetable says its 4x weekly, increasing to 5x weekly in Sept and back to 6x weekly in Nov....

GRZ and GOT seem to be unaffected...

It is peak summer though woody so probably to be expected at these quieter business times of the year.

Remember when SAS operated BHX-ARN, they hardly flew the aircraft into BHX in July/August.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
