I'm watching the Lanzarote Airport webcam and G-TCDV in the I Cook's Club Livery arrived earlier. It's scheduled back to Birmingham at 18:40.
It's pretty unique, that much can be said for it.

To me it looks like someone tried to wrap the plane in brown paper and ran out halfway through :bag:

Although we've had a few doing cover flights I believe that today is the first planned flight by a 787-900 with G-TUIK heading to Cancun. I think it's planned for the next few weeks.

A flyBMI E145 G-RJXB arrived 2 hours ago from Bournemouth, and it is about to land at Bristol.
Unsure of the reason of the arrival, but it's nice to see a BMI livery at BHX.

Just seen an Austrian Airlines flight from Vienna to Birmingham on FR24 - is this just a one off Christmas market flight or something?

Maybe as Manchester has just had an A321 which nearly diverted to you because of windshear and we don`t have
a Saturday flight usually

Not sure if this is the correct thread to post this, but a TUI 757 (G-OOBC) is on its way to Bangor.
Is it possible that it's being retired to a scrapyard, or sold to another airline?
Either way, sad to see the 757s go.

I spotted this as well, not sure whether its being retired or if its a one off charter.

Either way, it looked like it ended up in Sanford not Bangor anyway!?!?

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!
If anyone would like to share their local airport news right here in our news area let me know so I can give you the correct permissions to do so. It only takes a couple of minutes to upload a news story with an accompanying image. The news items can then be shared on the site homepage by you. #TakePart #Forums4airports Bring the news to one place!
survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
