FR24 is showing tomorrow's UAL27 as being operated by N14120 which is in the Star Alliance livery.

Subject to change of course but fingers crossed it doesn't.

It will be good when we see our first AI 787 in the star alliance livery :good:

Airbus A319CJ G-NOAH has just landed.

This afternoons TK1969 is 738 TC-JHU which is in the Borussia Dortmund Livery, due at 14:41.

The nightly fedex B757 seems to have taken off from Manchester and overflown BHX, going directly to Paris it seems.

Not seen that happen before?

EDIT

Apologies, seems N933FD ran MAN-CDG direct, and N913FD ran MAN-BHX-CDG also. Not sure on why the extra flight.

Denim Air/Greenland Express F100 PH-MJP returned in the early hours and is currently still there.

A Hop CRJ700 is due later on today and the Luxair 738 should be back later this evening.

If anyone is into that sort of thing todays TK1967 is 738 TC-JVD which shows the '100th year of Turkish cinema' logo.

The Hop CRJ is F-GRZM and due at 14:15.

Thomas Cook A321 G-TCDZ is due at 17:55.

Luxair 738 LX-LGV is due at 19:30.

Adria Airways A319 S5-AAR is due at 18:40.

All subject to change of course.

How come ????

MAEL ??

The Luxair may be charters for a car company. Recently ran a series of flights from MAN for the same reason.

The Hop CRJ was on a charter from Lyon.

The TCX A321 operated a charter to Valencia.

The Adria A319 was on a charter from Kalamata. There was recently a Travel Service 738 on a charter to Kalamata and this morning a Transavia 738 positioned in from AMS to operate another flight to Kalamata.

The Luxair 738 has been operating to/from Munich into various UK airports for a while, it was at BHX as well as Newcastle last week and at Bristol yesterday I believe.

Just to add to the above the Denim Air/Greenland Express F100 was in to take the England under 21 squad to Osijek for their UEFA Euro 2015 qualifying match against Croatia.

There's some great ones for the photographers today, I picked the wrong weekend to go to Yorkshire :s_sad

Bluebird Cargo 733 due at 10:55, ETD 13:30

Boeing 737 BBJ N500LS is due at 20:05.

The Luxair 738 is due back around 19:00 for an hour or so.

All subject to change of course and all images credit to the photographers.

BAW B788 G-ZBJG (BAW190)diverted in this morning just before 09:30.
I assume it was a fuel divert due to landing delays @LHR,however that is a guess.
It departed @ 11:40.

And as discussed on another forum, is the fuel situation a bit tight from Austin (USA) as the same flight diverted into BHX 2 weeks ago. Again LHR is not able to cope with rush hour traffic, this situation is a joke and our politicians are still undecided on airport expansion. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Simple situation, switch this flight into BHX and the flight will land on Runway 15/33 on time everyday, except when there is a broken down FLBE Dash8 on the runway, he he he

Good to see another A321 from Air France today, due at 19:05. FR24 is also showing LX424 as being operated by RJ1H HB-IYU which is in the Star Alliance livery, due at 18:05.

Lufthansa A321 D-AIDV is operating LH956 due at 17:15, it's the A321 in the retro livery. Such a shame it'll be too dark for a picture :s_sad

FR24 is also showing tonight's SK2535 as being operated by 738 LN-RGE which is a nice change from the usual A320. BHX arrivals is showing roughly an hours delay so I wonder if there has been a tech swap.

The Thomson 787 looks to have spent the day parked on the 80's stands, I assume it's just arrived early to operate tomorrow's Montego Bay flight?

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
