Evening guys, just out of interest does anybody know when Germania are due to operate for Thomson. I think its Ibiza that they will be flying too if can remember ?? Is it Saturday morning ???

Thinking of treking over to the airport this saturday, weather should be fine and warm and the start of the busy summer saturdays. Wooooooooooohoooooooooooooooooooo ive been waiting all winter for this moment

I don't think they're using Germania this year. The Thomson website shows all flights having TOM codes.

I don't know whats happening with Germania this year, they seem to have lost a lot of their UK flying contracts. I think only Gatwick and Norwich see anything like regular flights this summer.

Air Malta return tonight with the first flight due at 20:35.

This Saturday finally sees the welcome return of the Dominican Republic.

Next Wednesday (11th) sees Toronto return for the summer, the first few are A310's then it's A330's after that.

Later this month (22nd) Wizz Air commence their 6th route to Bucharest joining Blue Air on the route.

A6-EOR just flew over my house and is about to land, joining A7-BCC which took a different flight path. It's only the second time I've seen the A380 in the sky and I have yet to see a Qatar 787 fly over. When I haven't missed them, the weather or wind direction have conspired against me.

An aircraft can spend a long time plying one route without being rotated. I remember a time when AP-BGL was the only PIA aircraft to visit BHX for days, and another time when SAS used their retro A319 OY-KBO at least once a day for several days.

N174AA, American's Oneworld 757, seems to like BHX as well.

Hopefully this reflects loads on the route. I noticed that their lunchtime flight (SN2045/6) hasn't been operating of late—is this temporary or permanent?
