Depends on if their manager decides to urinate in all four corners of the ground

I think we have been cursed for the last 10 years having SISU as our owners thanks!!! Won't be many of us Sky Blue fans going to St Andrews, home games will be boycotted!
I do feel for you.I to remember going to Highfield Road a few times following Bham.Never really looked forward to it as we always lost.
Coventry were the established top flight team and we were usually fighting relegation. It's all very sad..

No no no no no no no no no no

Support the players. The move is not their fault. Show the idiots at the Ricoh what they are missing out on by turning up en masse to one of your rivals grounds. Staying away will only show the idiots that their decision was the right one.

KRO and on and off the pitch much success to the boys in sky blue.

Bet the Blues and Cov. get drawn against each other in one of the cups next season, almost seems inevitable.

This is appalling for Coventry having to play every game away, of course, the price of being allowed to remain a member of EFL.

It would be like United sharing the Etihad or being expelled from the premier league, either option being unpalatable.

Unfortunately, it's by no means the first time this has happened, with a number of clubs. Earlier I highlighted Bristol Rovers' exile at Bath City's ground for ten years from the mid 1980s.

and of course Coventry have already had a season playing away from home in Northampton a few years ago. Biggest mistake they ever made was moving from Highfield Rd to the Ricoh and never actually owning the Ricoh! stupid.

Yes indeed Ian, but Coventry fans don't want to give a single penny to SISU that's why they will boycott the 'home' games, and support the team by going on mass to the away games.

Being a coventry city supporter myself (they are my local, i live within 10 minutes of the Ricoh) it just seems so unfair and unbelievable, especially considering the clubs resurgence in the last 2 seasons from a run of bad form

Hopefully they’ll be back at their real home soon

I seem to recall some decades back, Walsall FC proposing ground sharing at St Andrew's. I also remember signing a petition against it in the aptly named Saddlers Shopping Centre in Walsall. I guess it timed with the closing of the old Fellow's Park ground. Fortunately it didn't go ahead and Walsall now play at Banks's (formerly Bescot) Stadium, their home ground.
I think it's awful that Coventry City fans will have to travel to another city to watch their 'home' games. I hope to read in the future of Coventry City's return to the Ricoh Stadium, their spiritual home.

Something completely different.... My wife is flying to Faro in the morning and, while her flight is not until late afternoon, she has told me she wants to get from our home in Herefordshire to Birmingham early.

Interested that she wants to get there early i said i did not think she was that interested in airports and planes. Her reply was that she wanted to get into Brum early so that she could spend some time in the Kitty Cafe at Grand Central!!!!

Is this developing into a bit of a tourist attraction?

No problem there then just drop her at you local station and she will be in New Street in no time, go back home and await the lawyers letter.

Only joking enjoy your trip up north?

Risky, unforseen incidents and events between city and airport etc. not worth it if denied boarding for being late.

Expect the unexpected is the maxim that I have to adhere to these days and others should consider it.

There have been flood warnings issued across the country on several consecutive days, there is currently a stream running down each side of my street. My neighbours have a brand new pond on their half built front drive.

Airlines and tour operators maybe pleased with this though, especially after 2018. I wonder how many Brits are booking last minute holidays in the sun? Also considering Brexit has been postponed.

Best to use the BBC's on line weather forecast for any plans. The one that shows rain/showers/cloudy/sunny intervals for every day. They never get it wrong:)

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
