Great to see Emirates depart this afternoon. One question, any idea why it departed so late after arriving so early!!. Due out 14.20 but actually departed 15.58. Not a good start.

Yes, great to see Emirates back especially with B777. Gremlins with ground services are to be expected if they are out of routine practice and if new protocols are in place for the management of passengers especially if they are uncooperative. A first flight is to be celebrated as it is long haul.
