Noted on another page courtesy of @Scottie Dog that BHX will be sharing a flight with MAN to Marrakech this winter on behalf of Corendon Airlines Europe.

Hopefully if Air Arabia Marco launch Agadir we’ll see Morocco starting to beef up a bit.

Would be good to see TUI extend Marrakech to year round - they are launching it as a winter destination from BRS this winter so I’m assuming it will carry on into the summer?

Courtesy of the same source, it seems Finnair are upgrading their MAN flights again - which always makes me a little hopeful that BHX will get the E190.

TUi Marrakech is almost year round only stopping Jan and Feb but it's definitely great to see more capacity added, especially as we'll now have 3x weekly Agadir.

Flights to UK cannot operate non stop inbound only on return, both MAN and LGW stop at Malmo

The airlines first flight was only on 28th June which was 3 years after the launch. They claim to have 3 planes ( B737) and plans to grow to 10. However the flights appear to be operated by Bravo Airways which is a Ukranian charter airline ( pictures in their press release)
Early days so no doubt many teething issues. Sounds a familiar story..........

Bravo Airways operated to Liverpool doing a LFC charter end of May. I took a photo of their aircraft, its in Liverpool media.

Now that PF are off, i wonder if VY will consider expanding at BHX once again. As we know since ZB left we are down on some of the sun routes like ALC/AGP/TFS so VY would be the best candidate in my opinion and they have been around for a while now and part of One World.

I still think that we need Easyjet.

Not only could they bolster capacity on the sun routes but they could also fill some gaping holes in the network such as Lisbon, Stockholm, Gibraltar, Athens and Olbia. They could also possibly even add the likes of Bilbao, Basle and Seville, routes that are little more than a dream at the moment.

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!
If anyone would like to share their local airport news right here in our news area let me know so I can give you the correct permissions to do so. It only takes a couple of minutes to upload a news story with an accompanying image. survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
