Hi there all, does anyone think that Breeze airlines will be operating from Birmingham airport at all.
No chance.I don’t see us getting a US airline anytime soon. They say they will pump money in but until they get the security and the X files scenes sorted (Construction) including the terminal sorted I can’t see it happening.

Let’s not forget that the market for tourism to US remains heavily depressed, for political and cost reasons. I can’t see that changing for a while and the outbound tourism market is the main driver for regional flights.

If I could say then I would but I can't.

I'd also rather not post anything until it's a little more concrete as people end up disappointed if things don't happen or things takes longer than expected.
Agree fully with Ray, we do get snippets which are kept off forum for the reasons mentioned, will always say more if any rumour is coming to fruition.

Now it seems that Saudia have decided that BHX isnt a viable route to serve, what do we think the likelihood of Riyadh Air starting is. Would be an airline far more suited to BHX, as they target connections more than O&D traffic
