So the airline is asking staff to take at least two months unpaid leave but the CEO, no doubt on a vastly bigger salary than many of the staff, has extended his 20% pay cut.
That's big of him. I'd be more impressed if the CEO elected to work for nothing during the period the staff take unpaid leave. I'm sure he could afford having no pay for a couple of months far more easily than the majority of his staff.

I've just read in another thread that the Heathrow CEO is doing just that - foregoing his pay for the next three months.

Where are they going to park all these planes?
Probably a bit more difficult for the likes of Virgin with bigger aircraft however they will find a way, suspect the regional airports that can handle 787s would be an option. DSA took three Wizz 321's today none are parked at the terminal they have space for a few more aircraft, same with Cardiff suspect they will see some BA metal.

It would be a nice touch if he and the higher management donated their salaries or part of them so the staff won't go unpaid but unfortunately I don't think we live in a society that thinks that way. Those cabin crew are just expendable to many of the top airline CEOs no doubt.

Days and timings for the St Lucia route
Virgin are to launch a new route from Heathrow to Austin in Summer 2022.
Virgin Atlantic flights to Havana from Heathrow are to resume from November 1st.
Here’s the timings for the new Tampa route. Should be onsale next week.
Virgins planned A330-neo routes out of Heathrow have been revealed. Boston, Tampa, JFK and Miami.
Virgins A330-900neo inaugural flight will be to Boston on October 12th
