Yes true, but what do you think about safety ? Morocco doesn't seem affected but Tunisia is still pretty much off the holiday list.

Both Morocco and Tunisia are still at risk from terrorism but there again so is the UK. I believe the largest tour companies are restarting flight to Tunisia this summer. Also worthy of a mention is many operators have already retarted flights to Egypt.

There is a very in depth discussion about flights to these regions in the Security Thread in the Aviation Industry Forum which is definitely worth a read as it's probably still current with regards to the risks having holidays in these areas.

I read on another site that Easyjet's have increased flights in the busy summer period by 13% from Liverpool, so this summer 185 flights, last year was 163. Without listing every destination, notable increases are Amsterdam Paris and Belfast which get an extra flight per week, big increases on IOM from 7 to 11 per week, Jersey 9 to 11 per week. Only reduction is Madrid, and Mahon has gone all together (for some reason!), hopefully that route will be picked up my someone else.

The only other airline that could do that would be Ryanair and they do not use Mahon. Blue Air could do it?

Apologies if this has already been discussed somewhere, Thomas Cook will start selling packages on Easyjet flights from Liverpool.

Holidays to the popular hotspots of Lanzarote, Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca, Majorca, Algarve, Naples, Dalaman and Larnaca are now available to book for travel between May and October 2019 and include flights with easyJet. Holidays are available to a range of Thomas Cook’s own brand hotels, including hotels from the Sunprime, SENTIDO, Sunwing, smartline and SunConnect ranges.

Thanks Ray, its good to see TCX making this commitment.

An A319 left the Liverpool base Th I weekend and an A320 returned in its place, this is now part of the based fleet of aircraft and begins to be used in part of the schedules from tomorrow to BFS AMS BCN and GVA.

Unusual Easyjet departure today EZY9004 to Gatwick departing 21.05. Maybe a new Gatwick route they slipped in and didn't tell anyone

There are quite a few 9000 type flight numbers just for regular flights , like 98 something, unless you mean just 9 '000' . I don' t know to be honest.

Somebody having a bit of fun I guess. Perhaps a cheeky little hint to Easyjet.

I come by some information yesterday about there LPL-JER route. They have done very well here, and what amazes me was for years all there was, was a summer weekend only British Midland service and the odd charter, by a Jersey Tour operator. Jersey carried 129,877 passengers last year and its all year round, twice a day. So they have made a big difference on that route. There is an obvious gap showing as there is no LPL-GCI . I know easyjet couldn't do this because of the runway in Guernsey.

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!
If anyone would like to share their local airport news right here in our news area let me know so I can give you the correct permissions to do so. It only takes a couple of minutes to upload a news story with an accompanying image. The news items can then be shared on the site homepage by you. #TakePart #Forums4airports Bring the news to one place!
survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
