The one to watch is RYANAIR since they are exploring the possibility of creating a low-cost version of IAG. Domination can end badly. Ryanair Sun becoming the new Buzz, LaudaMotion? Who is next? Will we see Greybull Holidays resurrect Monarch?

More routes in the coming months?

great to finally see a new airline starting ops at BHX!

Interesting choice Vienna, as the flights are bookable via the Ryanair website, will the take up be better than Eurowings?

And how will Eurowings react? I hope it doesnt see them leave, but cant help but think these new flights might mean the end to their flights?

Awesome, blimey I might need to lie down. Its too much for me all this excitement. :ROFLMAO:

Im assuming they will operate from the old T2 with Ryanair.

Hopefully the start of a new low cost era at BHX ??

Tom is quoting further routes to come so watch this space !
Apart from Vienna at the moment they only have bases at Dusseldorf and Berlin which ends in April and Stuttgart begins at the end of the month..

Unless BHX is to become a new base ?
Never really thought of that, I guess it's not beyond Ryanair to create another UK AOC for their subsidiary.

If they don't use the Eurohub they might have parking space to do so if they wanted.

I think Lauda (aka Ryanair) are good for the route and will generate new traffic which will hopefully benefit Eurowings too who have stuck at it despite very average loads, the demand is there !

I’m wondering if this route does well if Austrian Airlines will then start at Vienna flight at all? But happy at last we are finally getting a route to Vienna but let’s hope Luada (Austrian Ryanair) does well and isn’t anything like Ryanair Ryanair.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
