C-17 just performed a touch and go here at BHX. Did not catch the Reg. Lets see if they do the same as last week (lost count at 11)!

By the way I am currently at work (key worker with a window that looks out at the Elmdon Ramp & Main Terminal) and am not breaking lockdown to bring you this information.

ZZ178 has just performed the 2nd touch and go! Any bets on how many will take place today? Bear in mind this has just been beating up MAN in a similar way.

Possible Air India 777 next week ?

Is this still confirmed? Only reason I ask is that the Indian Government yesterday issued a list of the worldwide flights for the week 16-22nd May, and only London and Manchester have been listed for the U.K.? 5 flights to LHR and 1 to MAN.

Given the MAN one is from ATQ and it’s Air India who have an outstation at BHX, I do actually think it makes more sense to use BHX however.

It appears we have a new service ! It’s only a Metro freight Flight to Munich & return, it departs BHX around 01-15 & lands back at 08-00, the departure is after closing time so I assume this has now been changed so this flight can operate, it must be an important flight to be extended just for them

Seems that there will now be two flights.

Full credit and a big thank you to Vince for the timings.

Subject to change of course.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
