Yes I believe they base some of the Lauda fleet at PMI. And operate flights for RYR.

Another Alitalia A332 from Bologna showing on the BHX arrivals board today along with a Hi Fly A339 from Islamabad.
Total arrivals is fifty-two with Ryanair accounting for eighteen

Number of bucket and spade flights by TUI (2) Jet2 (5) Ryanair (12) and Eastern (Gibraltar) amounts to twenty or twenty-three if you add in EasyJet and Blue islands to Jersey and Aurigny to Guernsey.

Ryanair also operating to Barcelona, Porto and Madrid so quite a bit of holiday traffic.

Around fifty-five departures today including twenty-four bucket and spade trips.

Ryanair (10)+(4) other destinations, Jet2 (9) Tui(4) and Eastern (1)

Also Alitalia A319 from/to Rome and Edelweiss A320 from/to Zurich grand prix traffic?

In addition there were night stoppers from yesterday, an RAF C17 from Tiblisi and a Privilege Style B767 from Kabul.

I wonder what the loads are like on the holiday flights.

All info taken via Ian's excellent site.

Not that I am a fan of the dried fruit forum but the BHX page hasn't been updated for weeks and weeks, any idea's why ?

I know things are a bit quiet but all the other airports are being updated.

A third C17 arrived this afternoon and departed to Brize a couple of hours later so for while we had a mini squadron.

Info is on Ian's website.

ZZ177 C17 actually departed around 18.10 direct to Akrotiri , Cyprus. It was over southern Germany an hour later.

Yes sorry got it bum about face it was from Brize to Akritori maybe with three C17s on the ground BHX could nave named the airport RAF Elmdon for the day.

Fifty-six departures showing for today.

On the bucket and spade flights twenty-six scheduled so building up. Ryanair (11) Jet2 (10) TUI (3) Eastern (1) and EasyJet (1) new route to Corfu.
Also two flights to Barcelona by Ryanair and Vueling, and BlueIslands to Jersey.

Another C17 due at 0730 from Brize at RAF Elmdon making three on the ground for a couple of hours until one departs at 0930 to Brize.

All info from Ian's BHX blog.

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
