Gatwick has enforced some flight reductions for the summer peak so maybe Vueling are a victim, only a guess.

They should move all operations to an airport that can, immediatley

I suspect that's largely tongue-in-check but I'll bite - you do realise the size of the Vueling operation from Gatwick? Next week over 150 departures to 16 destinations, averaging over 20 departures a day.

Not sure any airport in the UK could handle that many extra flights without a couple of months notice.

For BHX, that would equate to an extra 20% increase in passengers every day.

I've just seen it briefly in Darlaston and was like what are United flying into Birmingham for but then saw it had no pictures of It in United livery is it an ex United Airlines aircraft why would Easyjet fly from Keflavik to Birmingham

According to FR24, it routed Roswell (ROW) - Bangor (BGR) - Reykjavik (KEF) - BHX. It was also shown as due on Ian's site, as a ferry flight.

It used to be an Easyjet Plane G-EZAK then United brought it but never used it then MT Bank I think, now Easyjet Europe
