The Westminster Government has announced that it is looking to replace EU compensation rules that were retained post-Brexit.
It could mean air passengers being able to claim compensation on domestic flights for delays of more than an hour. The system would mirror that currently used by rail and ferry operators where compensation is linked to the cost of travel.
