EMA was snow closed yesterday morning till about 10am, ironically no mention on the DSA page that it should be open to a”assist”… (please) but it’s not LBA so won’t get a mention on that dictated group

When (if) it reopens it won't be able to accept most diverts anyway because they're unlikely to have sufficient fire cover.

Nice to see an inbound divert. Was apparently due to go to DSA but LBA turned out to be a much better alternate. Matter closed!

this afternoons KLM looks to be pinging and tonight’s KLM doesn’t look cancelled so far. Nightmare in AMS.

Looks like all 3 KLM departures cancelled tomorrow. They really are having a nightmare in AMS. Pax numbers for this month will be down from no doubt

I'm surprised at that as DSA never has any snow, so taking a chance coming into LBA.

Well it isnt far off. If you look on the M62 traffic cameras you can see it coming down there.

All 3 of Humbersides flights are operating as normal.

Well the 0930 has landed so clearly something has changed, or FR24 was as usual not being 100% reliable

I think it was tonights night stopper thats cancelled.

I am fairly sure at one point yesterday all 3 of today's flights were showing as cancelled. The night stopper is still showing as so

According to FR24, the teatime flight is operating (just left AMS), the return flight is cancelled so assume this aircraft is n/s and operate the early morning flight.

Take it we are SNOCLO at the moment with the Wizz in the hold at 20k

Update, looks like we are open again as Wizz descending, FR from AGP too and departures now pinging on FR24

Further update. Both landed safely and departures now happening with FR to KRK and KL on the move. it's also raining heavily just outside Bingley now

Touch wood, but the weather has been on our side this winter so far. We haven't seen a lot of disruption at all really.
