No row 30 is hardly anything to do with LBA though is it? LBA doesn't do the seat booking. The rest is down to Swissport. Seems ridiculous an Easyjet employee suggesting that LBA is at fault for what is clearly Easyjets own failure together with their own contractor. Not sure what aircraft normally does this rotation. But it's a 319 today.
Merely quoting what the male attendant said. That there is always an issue at LBA!No row 30 is hardly anything to do with LBA though is it? LBA doesn't do the seat booking. Perhaps the pro DSA anti LBA Swissport person we have at LBA is working under cover to boost DSAs chances of stealing Easyjet from LBA!
I'm well aware that youre just quoting what was said and my criticism isn't aimed at you, its aimed at Easyjet staff making daft statements aimed at LBA when in fact its clearly an issue of the airline's own making, along with Swissport, who are contracted to Easyjet. Please tell me where, exactly, there is any criticism of yourself for reporting what was said?Merely quoting what the male attendant said. That there is always an issue at LBA!
Waiting for Marshallers, steps buses or a n other issue.
The Swiss port girl said the issue was easyjet not uploading passenger list. Swiss port guy at gate said tech issue so i assumed it was with plane. When i got on no issue with plane.
As stated earlier i don't know if the Monday morning flight is normally a 320 and was switched to a 319 yesterday. But everyone got on!
Maybe you can find out the exact reason we were delayed and missed our connecting bus and train!
Don't jump on the defensive all the time WH just putting the info out there! You can feed back!
Looking on easyjet post 13/12 it looks like it should have been a 320.
Easyjet told us it was an I T issue at Leeds Bradford so don't know who to believe

Well said @HX3What’s disappointing about recent comments(in my opinion) is that when a very active and valued member of the forum is open about personal circumstances where their parent is in hospital. She then has to read comments of her being defensive and has sarcasm directed her way. I think we should all be better than that- we don’t have to agree but we should retain empathy and respect.
A maximum of 4 flights out of 126 could be "blamed" on LBA, that is 3% of total flights.According to Flight-radar, for the whole of 2025 there have been 11 red-dotted outbound services from LBA to BFS (red dot means a delay of more than 45 mins I believe) That's out of 126 planned flights. Of those 11,
- 7 were 'red dots' an the inbound flight
- 2 were orange dots on the inbound and picked up an additional 30 mins in LBA
- 1 flight was diverted the night before
- 1 flight (yesterday) operated on time and picked up a significant delay outbound
If I was in the same situation as WH I will leave the forum alone for a month or 2, far more important things in life than an aviation forum. What’s disappointing about recent comments(in my opinion) is that when a very active and valued member of the forum is open about personal circumstances where their parent is in hospital. Spot on HX3.What’s disappointing about recent comments(in my opinion) is that when a very active and valued member of the forum is open about personal circumstances where their parent is in hospital. as some of you know on here i lost my father this year, but visiting this forum, checking the posts on here and keeping up with LBA news and events was a form of escapism and does actually take my mind off the sad events. I still cant compute and get my head around whats happened this year but this site and the fab members on here is an escapism, so yes we all deal with things in different ways. And with all due respect to you that’s how you would handle it. Some people in life may find it as an escapism for an hour or two to inform members of news or share a few thoughts. If that’s there way of escaping the reality of the very sad circumstances then we, as forum members, should respect that decision. Ultimately we should respect each other.
