I think Germany will probably see a lot of new Ryanair aircraft over the next couple of years as they expand in that market and try and take on Lufthansa. So BRS might get a more Ryanair routes from Germany.Ryanair certainly surprises us with their destinations . Maybe now we may see some attention spent expanding the Bristol market . Personally I think if cologne can work then maybe Stuttgart and Nuremberg may follow hopefully.
Cologne operated by CGN-based aircraft according to timings. In at 1120 and out at 1145 on all four days each week.Cologne now appearing and Bucharest going twice a week
That will probably be because Ryanair have been doing charters for Norwich city football club. They did one to Cardiff earlier on in the year when Norwich played Cardiff and it's still on the list of destinations from Cardiff. So they must be playing Bristol soon.Any ideas why Norwich is showing up in the list of available destinations from BRS? There are no available dates however
Up by seven rotations per week from last winter to 76: Venice MP +2 to 4; Bucharest +1 to 2; Cologne 4 (new route). Still a 10% increase on last winter which had been 25% up on the previous one, so some growth in recent winters. We have had the official launch of the winter schedule. Nothing new announced except cologne and increases to Venice. Like Birmingham we seem to be very static with Ryanair
