A landing aircraft ahead of Condor suffered a bird strike so Condor circled to allow the clean up operation to take place.

I was wandering why it was circling for a while, did 3 passes right over my house for which I'm very grateful to the bird for making the ultimate sacrifice for.

Well you were really lucky their mate obviously the Condor couldn't get a clear shot, very careful with my spelling just there.

I saw it as well.The unusual darkness for the time of evening was caused by the exhaust trails partly blocking out the Sun.
