Excellent as ever. A couple of points.

The TUI appears to be turning right. How long/how far after take-off would that be?

Is that an Aurigny ATR passing overhead?

It's roughly about 8 miles away by Cowbridge.
Yes it was Aurigny coming from Manchester i believe.
 
I've been editing the video for my Cardiff to Portland trip report and i took this still from one of the videos. It's the first time i've seen the pier full from end to end like this. I believe TUI, Thomas Cook and KLM were all boarding at the same time.

Good pics again, many thanks. Which airline is the 'special visitor'? The one with the red tail/white stripes presumably but what is it?

It's was an Air Mauritius A340 300, it was due to go to St Athan for scrapping but couldn't get in because of the weather i believe so diverted to Cardiff.

Heads Up!

For some weird reason, my days off work tend to involve being out of my flat by 5am and not getting back until 10pm. Back to work and the regular "fix" of 7.40am to 7.15pm hours

I don't believe I am quite covering enough roles at work. Its now 4 on a bad day, 5 on a good day and there is scope for a 6th and 7th role. Still on minimum pay but had the biggest payrise in the company,
