There is a post on another forum saying that in summer 22 easyJet is 'stepping up their game' on Aberdeen-London, with Manchester also returning at 4/5 weekly, but no BRS.So there’s extra frequencies to Alicante , Malaga, faro , murcia , lanzarote , Zante and the Isle of Man plus the return of Mykonos. Surprisingly no Malta , nor jersey or Aberdeen . The airport has now released a press release with the news of aircraft no 18.
Loganair will no doubt be happy if they have no competition on BRS-ABZ as will Blue Islands on BRS-JER. At present it seems these easyJet routes were put in for summer 21 when overseas routes were not possible to many places.
No Malta. Very odd. Not so long ago three airlines were competing.
