Great to see Aegean back at BHX. I really hope this route can get established with an increase next summer and eventually a year round service

Welcome back Aegean ;-)

According to SearGuru.com, Aegean offer a full dervice, but their aircraft are configured as economy only.. That said, the number of seats are less than some airlines cram in, so hopefully providing more leg room.

According to the Aegean website, they do offer business class, which like all European carriers is a standard seat with the middle seat used as a tray. Not sure whether they offer it on all routes however.

They do offer seats with more leg room, and believe me, there is a lot of leg room on those seats

Aegean offer a great onboard service including great in-flight meals. They have won Europe's Best Regional Airline for a number of years. It is great to have them back at BHX, another Star Alliance carrier and they offer a number of attractive connections too from Athens.

Aegean Airlines are changing the scheduled arrivals and departure times:

Athens 9.35pm -11.25pm Birmingham (Wednesday and Saturday)
Birmingham 12.25am -6.15am(Thursday and Sunday)

Still 2 weekly flights

Is this throughout the Winter?.
These are similar timings to their first season at BHX which were not popular with passengers at the time.

Heads Up!

For some weird reason, my days off work tend to involve being out of my flat by 5am and not getting back until 10pm. Back to work and the regular "fix" of 7.40am to 7.15pm hours
