Very slowly making it to public booking platforms:

What website is this? Still can't find it on the Oman Air website.

I had a feeling it would be a sales technique - had no idea the price baskets would be so small!

Thanks for the info all.

I'm not sure if you were replying to my previous post.

When I made reference to a GDS showing a maximum of 7 seats I was not implying that 7 was the limit of seats in the particular 'basket'. If I was looking to see how many seats might actually be available I need to hold 7 seats and then check availability again. this might need to be repeated a few times until the number came down to less than 7. I would then know the exact number of seats at a specific fare level.

In summary if I held 3 x 7 seats and then found on the fourth availability check that there were only 2 seats left then there were in fact 23 seats in that allocation.

Does that help?

For goodness sake, what websites is Oman Air bookable on?

It would be greatly appreciated as people have mentioned it is bookable on third party sites - but which ones?

Rejoice...Kind of!
Manchester has been added to the Oman Air drop down list, but when trying to book Manchester - Muscat flights it still comes up with an error!

Flights from MAN-MCT are now bookable on the Oman Air website - MAG time for some advertising!

I thought so but I hope it is an error. Terminal 3 doesn't need anyone else using it!

T3 at that time of night actually isn't that bad, but, the Oman Air flights will definately be T2.

When Cathay re-started MAN, that too stated T3, but that was because of the codeshare on BA.

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
