In respect of the application currently with RJ, is anyone aware as to whether the application can be revised by him, for example adding or changing the S106 agreements to facilitate approval?

Don't think so. He either approves it or calls it in for a public inquiry, but the public inquiry inspector can then make recommendations (which may involve restrictions) and RJ can choose to implement them, or ignore them.In respect of the application currently with RJ, is anyone aware as to whether the application can be revised by him, for example adding or changing the S106 agreements to facilitate approval?
With reference to the council planning meetings it was mentioned by one of the councillors that if the application went to a public enquiry and passed at a later date that S106 agreements would likely not have to be fulfilled. In respect of the application currently with RJ, is anyone aware as to whether the application can be revised by him, for example adding or changing the S106 agreements to facilitate approval?
They can't while the government hold the plans.Wasn’t the work on building the new terminal suppose to start at the end of last year? And open by 2024?
I know the government have currently halted the plans, but I meant when the plans were first made public in January 2020.They can't while the government hold the plans.
Oh he has looked at the facts. He doesn't want LBA to be there at all. Anything that delays and potentially pushes business elsewhere is good in his eyes. He is also a member of the Green Party according to various things I have read.We need a public inquiry into GALBA. As for him he’s not even bothered to read the plans has he? Just jumping to conclusions rather than looking at the actual facts here.
Same person?Pete Foulston and Chris Foren seem to be singing of the same hym sheet at the moment.
So does he apply his thoughts to every inward investor. What about the 2700 jobs supported by the airport in 2019 and the local shops, businesses and inbound tourism that benefit from the airport.I’ve got into some arguments with this Pete bloke today on Twitter. He goes on about the airports profits being shipped of to Australia and brings up an old story from Jet2 about the pilot redundancies. Which I don’t think he has the faintest of clue that we’re in a pandemic, and aviation like most industry’s have been badly affected by this pandemic hence why redundancies have had to be made.
Same person?
Probably not as he doesn’t care about people’s jobs or livelihoods. He just seems like a very negative person in general by looking at his Twitter account and looking at his tweets. So does he apply his thoughts to every inward investor.
