No absolutely not. My point is that, even with three flights p/w to CDG, they just do not have any airframes to open UK, once and if they are cleared to do so. From what I have read, they do not have the money to resuscitate the grounded 777s, nor to lease in aircraft (but then, is Norse really chasing a contract with HB, a paper airline with £100 in the bank?!).
They have been declined bids for GE90 engines, new seats, IFE systems, gears for their 777s and so much more. The new CEO they have appointed is a random Military general apparently. Not looking good for this airline

taken from the PIA forum:-

Information about grounded PIA Boeing 777 aircraft registrations:-

AP-BGL certificate of airworthiness expired on March 23, 2020
AP-BHW certificate of airworthiness expired on February 11, 2021.
AP-BID certificate of airworthiness expired on March 30, 2021.

😬

Are Norse operating the route?
Been very quiet recently

Norse were never operating for PIA, there were rumours that a "paper" airline in Pakistan was going to lease a few Norse aircraft to operate to the UK, but this won't happen.

The UK Aviation team, are due in Pakistan this month, with a decision to be announced in February, and possibly PIA "claim" to then start UK flights in March (MAN & LHR rumoured)

Boeing 777-300 AP-BMS returned to service today, after being grounded since September, so current fleet:-

B777-200ER, 3 in service, 3 grounded

B777-200LR, 1 in service, 1 grounded

B777-300ER, 2 in service, 2 grounded.

Birmingham is expected around August

been speaking to a PIA engineer, so he claims, and he has mentioned the following:-

AP-BGL B772 will never fly again due to corrosion

AP-BID B77W currently in the hanger awaiting new engines, will return to service

AP-BHW B77W currently stored, fate unknown if it will ever return back to service.

so possibly a fleet of 5 B772ER's, 2 B772LR's, and 3 B77Ws in service later this year?

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
